  		Wonder Woman #1. The character first appeared in All Star Comics #8 in December 1941. Wonder Woman next appeared in Sensation Comics #1 in January 1942. Six months later, Wonder Woman #1 debuted. Since then, with the exception of four months in 1986, the series has been in continuous print.
  Occupation	William was a psychologist and inventor. While a number of people worked on developing a lie detector William developed the systolic blood pressure test and his wife Elizabeth suggested the connection between blood pressure and emotion. Their research eventually led to the modern polygraph.
