Phil Olsen Football Card.
Phillip signed with the Boston Patriots in 1970 however he was injured in practice and never got to play that year. He was traded to the Rams in 1971. He reinjured the same knee that kept him out in '71 but, he managed to recover and went on to start, playing with his brother Merlin as a teammate. He played for the Denver Broncos in 1975 and 1976. He then moved to the Buffalo Bills. In Buffalo he injured his knee a third time and retired shortly afterwards. |
