- President of the Brigham & Gregory Company of Hudsom, Massachusetts. This was once the oldest shoe manufacturing company in the United States. He aws elected to the Massachusetts House of Representitives 1892-1893 and the State Senate 1897-1898. He was on the Hudson Board of Selectmen and served in the State Militia where he rose to the rank of General.
