Richard Hatch. In 2014 Richard portrayed a Klingon in "Prelude to Axanar" a short Star Trek Based film. At the time Paramount took a very casual approach to fan based projects as long as they didn't sell anything like tickets, copies of the film etc. The producer bypassed this by using an internet site that allows people to raise money for projects.
