Additional Information

Captain Jonas Brigham:

Notes:

He was a Delegate to the Continental Congress.

(04) Eli Brigham:

Notes:

He graduated from Dartmouth College, A. B. in1778. He became a merchant in Lancaster, Massachusetts. After about 8 years the business failed. Subsequently called on his brother in Bakersfield, Vermont with a team and load of goods, en route for Canada. He was known to have taken the ice-road to Lake Champlain, but was never heard of afterward; his friends believed he was lost in the lake.
