Now in the library; "Genealogy of the Cooke and Cook family". New under the Moments in Time section: my "I Love Me Wall". (purely self-indulgent, I know.)
Anna Bliss "Titanic Memorial" About 1913 Anna built a monument in the Woodlawn Cemetery, New York. It is said to be dedicated to those who lost their lives in the sinking of the ocean liner Titanic in 1912. I've found no source other than tradition to back this up. It contains no mention of the disaster. It's only engraving is a William Wordsmith quote; "Our souls have sight of that immortal sea which brought us hither". She is buried at the back of this monument.
