  	David died in the World Trade Center terroist attack. He was an executive vice president and Director of Research at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc. Located on the 89th floor of the South Tower. Shortly after a hijacked airliner hit 1 World Trade Center, David called his mother, his father and his wife to tell them that he had not been hurt. Then the second hijacked jetliner hit his building. He was not heard from again.

  		David Shelby Berry 9-11 Memorial. In 2016 a rose was placed at David Shelby Berry’s name on the 9-11 Memorial in recognition of his 58th birthday.
