He went from Concord to Rutland (now Paxton), Massachusetts, where he resided south-east of Turkey Hill Pond. He held town offices; he malted barley and made brick. He was moderator of the first Paxton town meeting in 1765. He subscribed to the first church covenant when organized in 1767. |
